Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
